Returns

To initiate the return process, please fill out a return request form. To request an RMA, please log into your account, click on the Order History menu, then click on the order that you would like to return. The summary of the parts you ordered will have checkboxes next to each part. Select all parts you would like to return, scroll down to the Merchandise return section, let us know why you are return the parts, and click the "Make an RMA slip" button. You will be issued an RMA number (returns authorization number) after the information has been reviewed and accepted. All returns being shipped back MUST have the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the package. Custom Cars Central is not responsible for return shipping charges. An RMA number is only valid for 30 days. Restock fee maybe applied to your refund. Parts must be returned in as-new condition with original packaging intact within 30 days of receiving an RMA number for a credit.

 

Non-Returnable Parts

Non-returnable parts are as follows: all special orders (see below), electronics, mounted wheels and engine internals (including, but not limited to: camshafts, connecting rods, pistons, piston rings, engine bearings, crankshaft, lifters, valves, and all applicable drivetrain components). Parts with broken factory seals are also non-returnable.

 

Special Orders

A special order is considered a part that is not normally stocked and must be ordered in from a manufacturer. Special orders are non-returnable. Once a special order has been placed, it may not be cancelled. Special or sale pricing does not apply to special orders. Special orders may include extra shipping charges and any additional application fees.

 

Warranties

All warranty claims are at the manufacturers' discretion. Custom Cars Central will issue no credit until the returned/warranted parts are inspected and verified by said manufacturer. Credits/refunds will be issued only after warranty approval from the manufacturer. Electronics (boost controllers, ECUs, computers, etc.) retain the original manufacturers warranty with no additional expressed or implied warranty from Custom Cars Central. Shipping charges are not covered under warranty unless approved by the manufacturer. Please return all warranty claims with the proper completed RMA paperwork issued by the Return Department with RMA number printed on the outside of the box. No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer abuse, negligence or mishandling.
