Shipping Information

Orders are usually shipped within 1-4 business days unless item is sold out or special order. We will contact you if your order does not ship on time.

Returns

Returns will only be allowed under conditions listed below. Please pay particularly close attention to order details at the time of delivery, ensuring accurate shipment of quality product and follow details of instructions and warnings on packaging. Customers are reminded to unpack, dry fit and examine all parts before installation.

Custom Cars Central fully backs all manufacturers’ warranties. If a product should prove defective, we will handle the warranty claim under, but not limited to, the following conditions.

Conditions: The following policies related to Warranty / Defective Returns are to be strictly adhered. Custom Cars Central will only accept Warranty items for collection if:

- The Item has been purchased from Custom Cars Central within the past 12 months and a copy of the original invoice is provided.
- Full explanation is disclosed for the return(s) / prospective warranty problem.
- A RA (Return Authorization) is issued for all return(s).
- The return(s) matches the part and description given on the RA.
- The freight is prepaid.

Credit will be issued upon inspection of all items. A handling / restock fee may be deducted from the original purchase price. No credit will be issued for any shipping charges if the item is returned for a non-warrantable reason.

Custom Cars Central reserves the right to refuse credit if:

- The Item is returned for a non warrantable reason.
- The Item is not as described on the RA.
- The Manufacturer requires that you deal directly with them regarding defective items.
- The Manufacturer's warranty policy takes precedent on issuing of credits. Credit then will be issued upon the Manufacturer’s approval and will include appropriate return shipping charges. No credit will be issued for labor expenses incurred.

Custom Cars Central will process all returns with due diligence exactly according to the above policies.

Warranty Policy and Product Service

- Most manufacturers offer at least 12-month warranty on their products. It is up to the Buyer to check warranty period with manufacturers. All warranties expressed or implied are represented by the manufacturer of the product and not, Custom Cars Central.

- Custom Cars Central will process warranty claims on behalf of the Buyer within 12 months of the invoice date. It is up to the sole discretion of manufacturer to determine if the part was deemed for warranty or void.

- A Return Authorization Number must be received from Custom Cars Central before an item is returned. In order to receive a return authorization number please contact the returns department. The Return Authorization Number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the package containing the returned merchandise. Unauthorized returns or returns not having the Return Authorization Number will be rejected at Custom Cars Central and sent back to sender at sender’s sole cost.

- Defective merchandise must be returned freight prepaid. Returns sent freight collect C.O.D. will be rejected by Custom Cars Central.

- Custom Cars Central gives no warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or performance of a particular part.

Contingencies

Custom Cars Central shall not be liable for any failures to product when the cause of such failure is an act of God, labor disputes, suppliers, material shortages, acts of local, state national, civil, or problems, or an act or cause that does not normally occur in the ordinary course of Custom Cars Central's business.

Performance Product Waiver

Custom Cars Central does sell aftermarket performance product, and buyer should understand the ramifications for having these parts installed on vehicle. Custom Cars Central will not be held accountable for any legal fees or such in selling of said parts to buyer. Buyer should understand fully that some parts sold by seller may not comply with local, state or federal laws and will not hold Custom Cars Central accountable in any shape or form legal or implied. Custom Cars Central will not be held liable for any fault of their own, any damages to and not limited to buyer. Custom Cars Central will not be liable for any damages which are incurred directly or indirectly with the vehicles or operators or passenger of said vehicles, or any other parties affected by said parts installation.
