The first generation of Legacies was sold in the United States from 1990 to 1994 and was powered by a new, flat-four engine. In model year 1995, Subaru released the second generation with a substantially revised body and chassis; that year also saw the launch of the Legacy Outback, a crossover version of the wagon. The following year all-wheel drive became standard for all body styles and trims in the Legacy line. The third generation was sold from 2000 to 2003. Fourth-generation Subaru Legacy models were introduced in 2004 and featured a turbocharged engine that could be paired with Subaru's first five-speed automatic gearbox. The fifth and current generation began with the 2010 model. Whether you want a racing thermostat for a first-generation Legacy or a strut bar for a 2010 model, our online catalog of Subaru Legacy performance parts is sure to have what you need.
